Applications for 2025/26 (Closed)

We hire for new positions each fall. This year, applications are accepted until October 21, 2025. We are seeking 4–5 undergraduate Editors, 1 undergraduate Social Media Coordinator, and 1 undergraduate Graphic Designer. Each job description is listed below.

To apply to each position, please email a CV/Resume and a Statement of Interest of no more than 300 words explaining your experience and interest in the role to rii-ajis@arizona.edu by the deadline. Both the CV/Resume and Interest Statement should be in PDF format. In the subject line of your email, please write your last name and the position you're interested in, as follows: "[Lastname] [Position] Application 2025/26".

For advice on putting together a resume and your statement, we strongly recommend reviewing the resume and cover letter resources provided by the University of Arizona's Office of Student Engagement and Career Development, especially the Wildcat Career Guide. There is no need to write your statement in the same format as a traditional cover letter, but utilizing these resources as a model for explaining your experiences and interest may be helpful.

Interviews will take place in late October and early November of 2025, and all applicants will be informed of their application status shortly thereafter.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email rii-ajis@arizona.edu.
