Abstract
This content analysis reports on an examination of the books published in 2025 in the U.S. that were originally published in another country. The report also includes comparisons with the 2024 international book data to identify possible trends. The 2025 analysis includes the locations and cultural identities of authors, illustrators, and translators, the geographical locations of the books, the cultural identities of the main characters and other characteristis including genre, format, and age level.
