The UA Libraries journal publishing program is committed to publishing and hosting journal content that is accessible to and usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

While we aim to meet all the guidelines and standards set for accessibility, we know that may not be possible for every article that has been published by the UA Libraries. We also recognize that everyone’s experience of accessing online materials is unique. If you would like to request accessibility remediation of journal content, please contact the UA Libraries journal publishing service. We will work to get you a remediated version as quickly as possible.

When you reach out, please include the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • The article name, authors, and journal name
  • The URL of the journal issue or article
  • A description of the problem
  • The computer, software, browser, and any assistive technology you are using that can help us diagnose and solve your issue (e.g., Windows 11, Google Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.181), NVDA screen reader)
