Abstract

To date we have applied endolymphatic therapy using 131I labelled oily contrast medium to 35 patients and using 32P- 131I labelled Lipiodol to 8 patients suffering from Hodgkin's disease and metastases involving the retroperitoneal lymphnodes (11). In 30 of these patients we investigated the course of the radioactive material in order to calculate the radiation doses absorbed by the lymphnodes and other tissues. Some of these results have been recently published (4, 5).
