Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe, essentially from the point of view of the Supreme Court, the procedures for the disposition of civil appeals in Arizona. The topics discussed are dismissal of an appeal, extraordinary writs, procedures on the disposition of appeals, decision of the court, the motion for rehearing, costs on appeal, and the mandate.
