Procedural Due Process in the Civilian and Military Justice Systems

Abstract

As the military justice system comes more into the limelight, the differences between it and civilian courts becomes more important to the bar. The writer compares the procedural protections in each system, demonstrating that in some, but not all, cases military defendants are better protected than civilian.
