Of Records and Reports: Bank Secrecy under the Fourth Amendment

Abstract

The author analyzes the Bank Secrecy Act and its relationship to the fourth amendment using the recent case of Stark v. Connally as a vehicle. The author then suggests more acceptable alternatives to the Act.
