Arizona's Criminal Law: The Critical Need for Comprehensive Revision

Abstract

That Arizona's criminal law is confusing, often obsolescent, occasionally contradictory, and generally deficient cannot be denied. The present patchwork of Title 13 is reviewed by the authors to promote recognition that legislative revision must be a priority. Recommendations for reform are also offered.
