Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent appellate decisions, 1979-1980, that include the following law subject areas: civil procedure, constitutional law, contracts, criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, real estate law, torts, and zoning law. Cases reviewed include: Koven v. Saberdyne Systems, Inc., Kadota v. Hosogai, United States v. Hicks, American Continental Life Insurance Co. v. Ranier Construction Co., State v. Brodie, State v. Dunlap, State v. Robinson, Baca v. Smith, Taylor v. DiRico, Berry v. McLeod, Menendez v. Bartlett, McGuire v. Arizona Protection Agency, and Levitz v. State.
