Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent appellate decisions, 1979-1980, that include the following law subject areas: civil procedure, community property, constitutional law, criminal procedure, evidence, family law, real estate, securities, and torts. Cases reviewed include: El Paso Natural Gas Co. v. State, Jurek v. Jurek, Barmat v. Robertson, State v. Marvin, State v. Ampey, United States v. Loud Hawk, McKeever v. Lyle, Nelson v. Cannon, State v. Gunnison, Flory v. Silvercrest Industries, Inc., and Hiser v. Randolph.
