Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent decisions that include the following law subject areas: Administrative law and procedure, civil procedure, eminent domain, family law, and property law. Cases reviewed include: State v. ex rel. Dandoy v. City of Phoenix, Webb v. Erickson, City of Scottsdale v. Church of the Holy Cross Lutheran, First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. of Phoenix v. Ram, and Walgreen Arizona Drug Co. v. Plaza Center Corp.
