Product Simulation and Contributory Trademark Infringement: A Right Suggests a Wrong

Abstract

This Article considers contributory trademark infringement in the context of intellectual property and unfair competition law. In particular, the author discusses Inwood Laboratories, Inc. v. Ives Laboratories and the tension between that holding and the Sears and Compco right to copy.
