Labor Law Legacy of the Burger Court's Last Term: A Failure of Imagination and Vision, The

Abstract

The labor law decisions of the final Term of the United States Supreme Court under the leadership of Chief Justice Warren Burger provide an opportunity to review the Burger Court's impact on labor and employment policy. The Article also concludes that the new court under Chief Justice William Rehnquist is not likely to soon resolve the uncertainties left by the Burger Court.
