Abstract
Arizona became one of the first courts in the nation to endorse and apply both of the commonly proposed tests in strict liability design defect claims. This Note examines the application of duty tests to the same facts, discusses the implications of using both tests, and examines some of the questions raised by the type of test adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court in Dart v. Wiebe Manufacturing, Inc.
