Abstract
Judge Colquitt examines the use of social facts in litigation in trial courts by reviewing the development of the use of such facts and by analyzing the ability of judges and juries to use social science materials properly. By discovering the methodology of such use, the author identifies problems and suggests solutions for the future use of social science evidence in the litigation setting.
