Abstract
The nation presently has no machinery which will adequately deal with crippling strikes in vital industries. The author proposes that instead of the ad hoc efforts presently used to meet these crises, Congress create a Labor Court which could impose a settlement on the parties to labor disputes and thereby protect the interests of the consumer.
