Abstract
In Ohio ex rel. Brown v. Wyandotte Chemical Corp., the United States Supreme Court declined to hear an original action brought by the State of Ohio against polluters in Michigan and Ontario. The authors discuss the effect this decision will have on the relationship of state and federal courts, examining the jurisdictional and choice-of-law questions which it raises.
