Abstract
This comment examines the Office of Economic Opportunity legal services programs servicing the Papago and Navajo Reservations. The author discusses unique problems encountered by the OEO lawyers as a consequence of the reservation environment and evaluates the programs' efforts to combat reservation poverty by assisting Indians' self-determination.
