Abstract
The importation of water by the Central Arizona Project will create water resource management problems. Decisions as to who will receive the CAP water and how the restrictions placed on its use will be applied undoubtedly will affect current current Arizona water law. The writer analyzes the impact of the Project on Arizona law and the effect of new water distribution organizations created by it.
