The Justiciability of Confrontation: Executive Secrecy and the Political Question Doctrine

Abstract

In a time of constitutional crisis, the roles of the three branches of the federal government become acutely significant. The proper definition of each of those roles is explored with particular regard to the political question doctrine and the right of the President to withhold information from Congress.
