Abstract
The Grand Canyon National Park Enlargement Act of 1975 was intended to advance protection of the national interest in the Grand Canyon. Although the Act has been predominantly successful, its provisions impose limitations on its effectiveness. This Note discusses the important terms of the Act and possible resolutions of conflicts between protection and use of the Canyon.
