Abstract
This article reviews and evaluates the 1974 revised Uniform Consumer Credit Code against the backdrop of Arizona law, including the recently enacted replevin, garnishment, and attachment statutes. The author concludes that existing Arizona law is still inferior to the revised Code and despite some remaining Code deficiencies recommends enactment of this comprehensive consumer legislation.
