Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent Arizona appellate decisions that include the following law subject areas: civil procedure, commercial law, criminal procedure, evidence, family law, Indian law, insurance law, juvenile law, torts, and water law. Cases reviewed include: Wasko v. Frankel, Smith v. Coronado Foothills Estates Homeowners Association, Browne v. Nolin, Valley National Bank v. Flagstaff Dairy, State v. Soloman, State v. Ellis, State v. Treadaway, Hodges v. Hodges, Brown v. Babbitt Ford, Inc., Allstate Insurance Co. v. Druke, Grande v. State, Hales v. Pittman, Rodriguez v. Besser Co., and Town of Chino Valley v. State Land Department.
