Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent appellate decisions, 1980-1981, that include the following law subject areas: administrative law, constitutional law, contracts, criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, property, and torts. Cases reviewed include: Tucson Electric Power Company v. Arizona Corporation Commission, Hunt v. Maricopa Country Employees Merit System Commission, General Acrylics v.
