Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent appellate decisions, 1981-1982, that include the following law subject areas: civil procedure, contracts, creditors remedies, employment discrimination, insurance law, and water law. Cases reviewed include: Jordan v. Jordan, Sun World Corp. v. Pennysaver, Inc., Matchaw v. Winn, Rowe v. Schultz, Norris v. Arizona Governing Committee, Globe American Casualty Co. v. Lyons, and Sporhase v. Nebraska ex rel. Douglas.
