Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent Arizona appellate decisions, 1980-1981, that include the following law subject areas: bonds, civil procedure, criminal law, criminal procedure, Indian law, and sales. Cases reviewed include: City of Tucson v. Corbin, Northern Propane v. Kipps, State v. Swanton, United States v. Mehrmanesh, Johnson v. Kerr-McGee Oil Industries, United States v. Washington II, White Mountain Apache Tribe v. Bracker, Central Machinery v. Arizona State Tax Commission, United States v. Farris, and Baseline Liquors v. Circkle K. Corp.
