Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent decisions that include the following law subject areas: Criminal procedure, Indian law, remedies, and torts. Cases reviewed include: State v. Politte, Rice v. Rehner, University of Arizona Health Sciences Center v. Superior Court, and Ryan v. State.
