Abstract
The authors provide commentary on recent appellate decisions that include the following law subject areas: Constitutional law, criminal procedure, defamation, Indian law, tax, and torts. Cases reviewed include: Tahtinen v. Superior Court, State v. Stewart, State v. Rumsey, Hansen v. Stoll, Merrion v. Jicarilla Apache Tribe, Unvert v. Commissioner, Nicoletti v. Westcor, and Robarge v. Bechtal Power Corp.
