Abstract
Professor Wellman examines the conceptual similarities between Rohald Dworkin's views on contemporary jurisprudence and the views of the Legal Process school. Arguing that Dworkin's theories are best understood as part of the Legal Process tradition, Professor Welman concludes that the Legal Process tradition continues to exert an important influence on legal theory.
