Abstract
When property owners are denied use of their land by zoning regulations, the owners are entitled to monetary compensation, according to a recent Arizona Supreme Court decision. This Note traces the development of Arizona law on this issue, compares Arizona law with developments in other jurisdictions, and explains why the Arizona Supreme Court chose this particular remedy.
