Abstract
Professor Frost examines the problem of decisionmaking in bankruptcy reorganizations in light of the economic principles informing the non-bankruptcy corporate governance structure. He concludes with a recommendation that Bankruptcy Courts include such economic principles in their analyses of significant business decisions.
